Jim was awarded five national awards for improving revenue growth, customer service, risk management and profit.  Jim started his career working the trucks and vaults. He understands the nuts and bolts of the industry. Jim held the positions of Supervisor, Branch Manager, Area General Manager, District Manager and Regional Vice President for 26 years.

Jim earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Aurora University and an M.A. in Management from Webster University. He is one of 70 security professionals in the world who hold all three ASIS International Board Certifications in Security, which include Security Management, Physical Security and Investigations.
